We are looking for a dedicated PSP Onboarding Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating seamless integrations for payment service providers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our partners. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the payment industry, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners, ensuring a seamless transition.
Collaborate with sales, compliance, and technical teams to align onboarding activities with Company standards.
Educate merchants on payment platform features and assist in integrating the payment solutions into their business models.
Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and provide relevant documentation or escalate to technical teams as needed.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, preferably in the Payment Solutions and/or gaming industry.
Familiarity with PSP (Payment Service Providers) and/ or financial technology solutions.
Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with technical teams.
Attention to detail, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, preferably in the Payment Solutions and/or gaming industry.
Familiarity with PSP (Payment Service Providers) and/ or financial technology solutions.
Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with technical teams.
