Main responsibilities
Onboarding, Integration and Offboarding
Payroll check: Quality audits of Payroll & Personnel Administration (PA) documents prepared by the Payroll & PA responsible and provide respective result to the Manager
Time & personnel administration
HR analytics & reporting
Employee query handling for the perimeter
Support the implementation and roll out of tools & processes & global initiatives related to Employee Life cycle
Proactively identify possible improvements of concerned processes, propose alternative solutions and support its implementation (if validated)
Closely collaborate with stakeholders in Central & South Europe MCO to support the Implementation of all People Services Projects
