We are looking for an experienced TPM (Technical Product Manager ) to join our CTO Infrastructure Team.
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects while driving product development and delivery. This position requires a deep technical understanding, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.
Work at the company's offices on-site in Petah Tikva, Kiryat Arie.
Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the roadmap, milestones, and priorities.

Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate across teams (engineering and business units) to ensure timely delivery, and work closely with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or product ownership roles.

Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.

Extensive experience in E2E project management, including development of schedules, budget management, and resource allocation.

Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.

Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Past experience as a software Developer is a significant advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
