We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our Media and Telecom division. The Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering technical initiatives from R&D to production environments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the delivery management of the DevOps.
The day-to-day:
Lead the delivery of initiatives from R&D to production.
Serve as the delivery manager for the DevOps and SRE team, overseeing their priorities, backlogs, and routines.
Work closely with R&D, DevOps, integrators, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Align delivery priorities and backlogs to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels among all stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:
Ideally, were looking for:
3-5 years of proven experience in delivery management within the technology sector, preferably in a SaaS company.
In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of R&D, DevOps, and software development processes, including familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
These would also be nice:
PMP certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving mindset to make data-driven decisions.
Ideally, were looking for:
