Were looking for a detail-oriented email marketing Coordinator to join our Retention team! You'll manage email and SMS campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from content to reporting.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily email SMS campaigns with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and freelancers on creative workflows.
- Serve as the main contact for tasks from the Retention Manager VP.
- Ensure quality control, reviewing content, links, and design before launch.
- Track performance data, analyze KPIs, and share insights.
- Support automation processes and campaign optimizations.

Requirements:
Requirements

13 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in D2C or Ecommerce.
Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo is a big plus) and tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Asana.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable pulling data and basic performance reports.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (or excited to learn).
