Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Program Group. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams to drive the successful delivery of strategic projects. Your contributions will directly influence organizational goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key strategic projects - partnering across departments and collaborating with managers company-wide to ensure successful execution.
Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans by developing and tracking progress against annual business objectives and KPIs.
Develop and use quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and present findings to leadership
Represent the "Business" perspective in cross-functional roadmaps and major organizational projects.
Design and implement program management best practices, driving efficiency and process improvement across the organization.
Facilitate cross-department collaboration to integrate program activities effectively.
