Engineering Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Engineering Manager (Hands-On) to lead a small team at our company. This role is ideal for Senior Developer who is eager to take the next step into a leadership role. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend solutions in a dynamic environment where you can influence architecture and take ownership of the backend roadmap.
What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a small team of offshore engineers (while remaining 80% hands-on).
Architect, design, and implement scalable backend solutions for our companys core products.
Own backend infrastructure and ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Define and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and system design.
Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, backend developers and DevOps teams to align business and technical objectives.
Research and integrate new technologies to optimize system performance and reliability.
Oversee backend development lifecycle from planning to production deployment.
