Country Finance Manage

This candidate will be responsible for managing all financial compliance aspects within the organization, supporting and challenging the local management in the decision-making process and making sure that all Local and Group Compliance requirements are correctly implemented.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the financial department.
Act as business partner, provides added value to other managers.
Accounting: manage the Accounting team (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Customer Accounting, Cost accounting), interfacing with Local Authorities (External Auditors, Tax agents) and aligning with Group Accounting teams.
Business Controlling: coach and develop the Local Project
Controller and take the lead on Transactional Business Controlling, supporting the business on Pricing strateg

Requirements:
1) CPA or equivalent
2) Proven experience in industrial international corporations (exclude Hi-tech/SU/Software)
3) Solid accounting skills
4) Experiences in Business Controlling (front offices, factories)
5) Understanding of Compliance and Internal Controls concepts
6) Good written and spoken English
7) a team player, good collaboration and leadership skills
8) Being able to adapt in a different culture, navigating well through change and transformation
9) versatile, active and proactive personality
