- Develop and enhance the platforms web, mobile, and widget frontends using React and React Native to ensure an intuitive and efficient User Experience.
-Participate in architectural decisions, performance optimization, and scalability improvements in a high-demand healthcare environment.
-Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize frontend performance to ensure speed, reliability, and usability across various devices and medical environments.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve UI / UX capabilities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Front-End development, with a strong focus on building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Proven experience leading Front-End projects from concept to production, including architectural decisions and performance optimization.
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies, particularly React and React Native, with experience integrating backend services using Node.js and databases like MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of Front-End testing methodologies (unit, integration, and UI / UX testing) to ensure robust and reliable applications.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly GCP, and deploying frontend applications in a cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, estimate effort accurately, and manage time effectively.
