Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker The Risk Analytics team is at the heart of the company’s decision-making, working cross-functionally with all teams to turn raw data into powerful business insights. Join us in revolutionizing chargeback management with cutting-edge technology, equipping businesses with the ultimate defense against fraud, and helping them protect their revenue and profit margins at scale. Your Arena:
* Support internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, R&D, Product) with custom data analysis.
* Obtain data from various internal databases.
* Clean, organize, and consolidate datasets for analysis.
* Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
* Present findings clearly through visualizations and written summaries.
* Apply logic and perform sanity checks to ensure reliable outputs.

Requirements:
What It Takes: MUST HAVES:
* Advanced level with Excel / Google Sheets for analyzing data - Must Proficiency in English . Some of your closest collaborates don’t speak Hebrew.
* No prior experience needed - but you must have a relentless drive to grow and get things done. You’ll face real challenges daily. It’s intense, but it’s also the fastest way to grow personally and professionally.
* Highly organized, reliable and resourceful. You take ownership, love learning, and are eager to make an impact. You think analytically and have a sharp eye for detail.
* Ability to use AI tools - intelligently, with a healthy dose of critical thinking. ADVANTAGE:
* Background/interest in payments, risk, and payment disputes (a.k.a. chargebacks).
* Familiarity with SQL / Python for data analysis.
* Academic background in behavioral economics, decision science or cognitive/behavioral psychology.
* Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc).
