We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile frontend team lead to join our development team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-facing features and interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend / other Full Stack developers, to create exceptional user experiences. As a team lead, you will mentor and guide your team, drive technical excellence, and ensure smooth collaboration to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Front-End infrastructure team with a hands-on approach (50% hands-on development), providing technical guidance and mentorship and fostering professional growth.
Define the team's roadmap and technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a strong and scalable team structure.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing and leading technical teams
4+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or Full-Stack engineer.
Hands-on experience in the following technology stack: Vue / React, Node.js, TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related Front-End technologies.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and solid problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
