What youll do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels.
Conduct thorough interviews (over the phone, online, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:
What youll need:
2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company.
Experience in conducting in-depth HR interviews.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive and independent, but also a team player.
Proficiency in English.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent.
