People Services Specialist

As People Services Specialist, you will be accountable for the efficient delivery of end-to-end processes, such as staff onboarding, integration and offboarding for Internal and External Workforce.

Main responsibilities:
Onboarding, Integration and Offboarding.
Payroll check: Quality audits of Payroll & Personnel Administration (PA) documents prepared by the Payroll & PA responsible and provide respective result to the Manager.
Time & personnel administration.
HR analytics & reporting.
Employee query handling for the perimeter.
Support the implementation and roll out of tools & processes & global initiatives related to Employee Life cycle.
Proactively identify possible improvements of concerned processes, propose alternative solutions and support its implementation (if validated).
Closely collaborate with stakeholders in Central & South Europe MCO to support the Implementation of all People Services Projects.
