Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the CEOs schedule, travel, and correspondence; prepare reports and presentations.
Operations & Administration: Oversee office logistics, vendor coordination, and document management.
Customer Service & Accounting: Respond to inquiries, assist with invoicing, and maintain financial records.

Requirements:
What You Bring:
Experience in office administration or executive support.
