Provide advanced Technical Support across multiple IT products and systems.
Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Develop and maintain custom SQL scripts for data analysis, creating dashboards and reporting.
Analyze system performance trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance support processes.
Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and resolutions.
Support cloud-based and on-premise IT infrastructure.
Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support/operations in a dynamic environment Must.
Strong proficiency in SQL scripting for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting Must.
Experience supporting multiple IT products and systems rather than a single product Must.
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VDI, VMware, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications.
Proficiency in automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.) an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
