Medical Device Company in Yokneam is hiring a Process Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to join our Process Integration Team for Holmium Laser Consoles within the Urology Division of our Medical Device company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process risk documentation
- Update Work Instructions
- Create and execute validation plans
- Assist with Line Verification
- Mentor employees and share technical expertise
- Identify & mitigate risks, solve problems, and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with Boston Scientific policies

Location & Duration:
- Onsite in Yokneam, Israel (hybrid possible)
- Temporary position Until September 2025 - with an option for extension

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Problem-solving & process validation expertise
- Strong statistical background
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical preferred)
