R&D Team Leader

As we put our people in the center, our team leaders are focused on coaching and mentoring their teams toward being the best version of themselves.

As such, a successful team leader possesses excellent people skills and is involved and promotes all the aspects of software engineering, including methodology and technology.

In particular, as we believe in leading by example, this is a hands-on role.

In order to help their teams succeed, our team leaders need to collaborate successfully with Product Managers and other senior leaders both within the company and with external parties.

In addition, our team leaders are part of the R&D Leadership team and take part in shaping the Engineerings culture, roadmap, technology and practices.
