Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur.AKT is seeking a highly motivated SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our partner company’s team and lead the successful deployment of global payroll and workforce management solutions. This role will serve as the key point of contact for client implementations, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and user adoption of the chosen technology.This is a client-facing role, open to candidates based in Israel for a full-time position.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of global payroll and workforce management platforms for clientsDevelop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource allocationAct as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and technology providers to ensure a smooth onboarding processManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectationsFacilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategiesConfigure and customize payroll and workforce platforms to meet client-specific needsProvide training and support to clients on system functionalities, best practices, and compliance requirementsIdentify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring a seamless transitionWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical supportMaintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and client requirementsJob Requirements:3+ years of experience in payroll, HR technology implementation, or SaaS project managementFamiliarity with HRIS, ERP, or payroll systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADPExperience working with global teams and multinational companiesCertification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) - an advantageStrong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance standards - an advantageExperience with payroll and workforce management solutions is highly desirableExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teamsProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving implementation issuesAbility to work independently and drive projects to completionAbility to work effectively within a matrix management structure, collaborating across multiple teams, reporting lines, and stakeholder groups to drive successful project outcomes Personal Skills:Dynamic team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goalsPromptly acclimate to company culture, values, processes, and expectationsAmbitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlinesAbility to cope with multi-tasking and working independentlyTake initiative, exercise sound judgment and result-orientedStrong analytical and persuasive skillsCustomer-oriented and flexibleDesire to learn and grow quicklyAKT Offers:A wide range of benefits and opportunities for career growthRealistic growth opportunities into either technical practices or business consulting environmentFlexible working hoursStimulating and collaborative working environmentInternal knowledge transfer, training and coaching by our dynamic team of consultants and expertsInternational business environment (offices in the UK, DACH, India, France, North America, Israel, and Czech Republic)
