We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data Scientist to join our dynamic, cool and growing data Science Group. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, designing, developing, and maintaining predictive models and advanced Machine Learning algorithms. You will ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our data infrastructure. You have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and Machine Learning. Working within our unique Insurtech hub, you will provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and play a key role in the growth and expansion of the entire company. You will leverage advanced Machine Learning and AI processes to support data initiatives, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers, and tech leads to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our competitive stance. Our ideal candidate has experience with various data streams, a passion for data and modeling processes, and a broad business perspective. Equally important, you are a friendly, collaborative, and communicative team member. Your Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and perform data cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
* Develop and implement Machine Learning models and algorithms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, as well as tech stakeholders, to define model scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and Machine Learning.
