Bagira is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity leave replacement)

This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months, with an option to extend to permanent employment.

Job description:
Manage an effective recruitment life cycle end to end.
Leading the full-cycle recruitment process alongside hiring managers?Work with managers to define job descriptions, and recruitment process.
Seek out candidates through sourcing, networking, social media, job portals, employee referrals etc
Screening resumes, Conducting phone and personal interviews.
Working with Recruiting system (Comeet) and HR system (BambooHR)
Analyze and implement process improvements.
Manage the onboarding process for your recruitment.
Take an active part of the company's recruitment and HR team. By that assist in additional activities such as welfare activities, Onboarding Offboarding etc.
