R&D Mechanical Mechanisms Engineer

Requirements:
R&D Mechanical Mechanisms Engineer We are looking for a passionate and dynamic mechanical engineer, with a hands-on approach, to join our R&D team. The role involves the development and testing of new and existing robotics and kinematics. Key responsibilities:
Design and develop core products with the ability to create fast iteration, and rapid prototyping and lead to mass production
Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design, implementation and validation of components.
TEST prototypes and develop agile testing systems methodologies to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal departments
Write and review R&D documentation including requirements, TEST protocols, analysis of TEST results and report generation for continuous learning and improvements.
Lead engineering changes and continuously improve our product designs. Requirements
Brilliant mechanical engineer with at least 10+ years of experience in mechanical design
Experience in mechanism design for medical devices - advantage
Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) - an advantage
Experience in robotics, motors, actuation units, rails, and complex moving systems
Experience with SolidWorks of at least 5 years
Experience with PLMs and ECOs
Fluent in Hebrew and English
