Required Account Executive
A hands-on tech consultancy partner specializing in scaling development teams and driving engineering excellence for tech companies. Guided by the Israeli Tech Radar, we focus on Fullstack, Backend, Data & ML, DevOps, and Mobile domains, seamlessly integrating into R&D teams to boost their capabilities and accelerate product development.
We collaborate with hundreds of Israeli startups and tech companies across industries like cybersecurity, fintech, SaaS, biotech, medtech, and more delivering results without compromising on quality or speed.

Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on quota-driven, high-value deals.
Strong experience in lead generation, strategic prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end.
Technological background with experience in software sales and account management familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech sector and R&D organizations is an advantage.
A demonstrated track record of personal sales success and consistently exceeding targets.
Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
Tech-savvy with a curious mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
