We are looking for a talented Technical Manager to join our team!
Among the responsibilities:
Lead the development and integration of innovative and complex Radar systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters to the system engineering team and our diverse R&D teams.
Collaborate with the R&D and Line of Business managers to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee technical management of sub-contractors.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in electronics engineering or a related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in a system engineering or technical management role.
Proven experience and understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms).
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
Quick learner with flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with Radar and RF systems significant advantage.
Proven experience in R&D hand-on roles RF / Board design / Algorithms advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
