Operations Manager

Requirements:
Operations Manager The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing our operations, ensuring efficiency across supply chain management, production, and logistics. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute work plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure project success.
Implement efficient work methods and operational routines to enhance productivity.
Manage suppliers and partners to ensure seamless local and international operations.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of our ERP system for improved workflow.
Coordinate production and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of our products.
Analyze and forecast operational needs to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Ensure exceptional service and support for customers and partners.
Maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain that aligns with company objectives. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational management role.
Fluency in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Office tools, Monday.com, and Priority ERP.
Strong attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and proactive approach.
Proven ability to lead projects across teams and interfaces.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
Hands-on approach with the ability to work in field operations when required.
