Factory Manager to a Plant Industrial Comapny
Role Overview: Lead managers and employees, drive performance improvement, and foster operational excellence-holding full responsibility for large-scale manufacturing operations and taking the site to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall Site Management: Full responsibility for manufacturing site operations and day-to-day operational activities.
• Operational Targets: Lead the entire production array to achieve targets in throughput, quality, delivery, safety, and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor work plans aligned with business goals.
• Budget & Financial Control: Manage the factory budget, monitor costs, and drive efficiency initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Lead innovation, automation, and continuous improvement processes across production operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface closely with key organizational departments, including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, and HR.
• EHS & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, liaising with relevant authorities as needed.
• Leadership & People Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Supervised Departments: Welding, Laser Cutting, Painting, Assembly, Pressing/Stamping, CNC, and Maintenance.

• At least 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Production Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record managing a factory/plant with over 100 employees.
• Significant experience in directly managing department heads/managers and leading large teams.
• Proven experience leading efficiency processes, performance improvement, and organizational change management.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management and business performance control.
• Strong technical/engineering background.
• Familiarity with industrial quality standards, safety, and regulatory requirements – an advantage.
• High-level fluency in Hebrew and English.
