Requirements:
Must Have:
-5+ years working with legacy software and.NET frameworks (especially Winforms)
-Strong SQL skills with focus on optimization and DB design
-Proficiency with Azure cloud technologies
- Personal Attributes: Inquisitive, proactive, takes initiative, friendly, calm, sane, tolerant, independent
- Communication: Excellent command of English; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership Potential: Capable of taking responsibility with a desire and proven ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Adaptability: Flexible approach to work, capable of adapting to changing priorities
- Strategic Thinking: Patient, with a big-picture mindset and systems thinking capability
- Process Understanding: Familiarity with the release process and a track record of successful deployments
Nice to Have:
- Background in data Science, AI, Forecasting
- Russian
