About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced senior “hands-on” team leader, with extensive knowledge in web development of SASS applications at a large scale. You will need strong technical capabilities, business orientation and a clear understanding of the "bigger picture".

As the showrunner of the Creator team, you will build our next generation CMS and real-time data management platforms alongside a group of strong and experienced developers. You will be using cutting edge technologies and frameworks - Serverless solutions (AWS Lambdas/lambda at Edge, DynamoDB, Step functions, Kinesis, Aurora), as well as NodeJS, GoLang, NextJS, React, GraphQL and Apollo.

You will work in a face past environment with millions of events per day, own the product’s lifecycle - from architecture and design to deployment, and mentor team members to enable their growth and success as developers, solving diverse technological challenges.

Requirements:

R&D Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in managing Backend or Fullstack teams.
3+ years' experience in web development of large-scale applications
Proficiency in one or more high level languages: NodeJS/ Java / Python/ C#/Golang or equivalent.
Experience in cloud computing (AWS is an advantage)
Experience in relational databases (Postgres/MySQL/MsSQL)
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, unit testing and test automation
Solid people management, collbrative and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

Take the leading role in architecting and developing our platform
Research and develop framework changes and new features
Take part in decision making and roadmap - hold sprints plannings and execution from A to Z.
Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, mission critical environment
Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented engineers

Bonus Skills & Experience::

Experience working with large scale event driven data lakes (AWS Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, S3, Parquet) or equivalents
Microservices Architecture
Docker/K8S knowledge
Experience with Serverless Framework, Monorepo Development
B.Sc. in computer science (or equivalent).
