To drive this forward, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence to spearhead our AI initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into our products, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value to users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to integrate AI capabilities into products, driving measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
Define Product Requirements: Develop detailed product requirement documents that outline critical milestones throughout the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, governance, and delivery.
Lead AI Strategy: Define and implement AI-specific data strategies, such as data collection, labeling, and synthetic data generation, to support machine learning models.
Stay at the Forefront: Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in ML frameworks, tools, and trends, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML solutions, focusing on data science, machine learning, personalization, or recommendation systems.
A strong background as an Engineer, Data Scientist, or ML practitioner with a product consumer mindset and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience with Generative AI/LLMs, including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks, model development, and MLOps tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sagemaker).
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong experience in delivering technical presentations and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
Proven capability to translate diverse user requirements into actionable product solutions.
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) dat, . (Advantage):
Excellent organizational and execution skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
