We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst with proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, systems, and operations to deliver impactful, data -driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
* Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
* Conduct data analysis to derive insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
* Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
* Facilitate presentations to communicate findings and progress with stakeholders at all levels.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve business analysis methodologies.

* Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, KPIs tracking, methodologies, and tools
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions to business challenges.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of industry-specific tools, systems, or applications is a plus.
