We are growing our Product Marketing team to support our continued business growth and lightning-speed pace of product development. As a Product Marketing Manager at our company you will support pipeline creation and revenue goals by conducting research and preparing insights that inform product strategy and planning, craft value-based storytelling, compelling positioning and messaging for your product line, lead product launch processes, and create supporting GTM collateral and enablement assets. You will become an expert on our core platform (including its underlying architecture, security and infrastructure) our customers, the market, and the competitive landscape, and you will strategically align product, marketing and sales on the vision, launch plans and campaigns for your product ownership.
You are a strategist and storyteller with the right mix of creative and technical skills. Youre a master of positioning and messaging and love to use messaging frameworks. You're curious about the market, competitors, prospects, and passionate about telling a clear, value-led story for high revenue impact projects. Youre a flexible, enthusiastic team player who is cross-functional and love the thought of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work closely with Product Managers and provide market, competitor and customer insights for strategy and planning purposes
Develop key value propositions, product positioning, and business-outcome aligned messaging in support of our enterprise platform architecture
Understand upcoming features and execute launch strategies cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Create compelling global product content in formats such as web pages, video, one pagers, decks, battlecards, and more
Be the voice of Product in Marketing: represent the product's roadmap and persona pain points (including technical persona from IT, Operations, and Development) in marketing planning and campaigns
Collaborate with our global marketing team on product-led marketing programs to drive market awareness and generate pipeline
Create the building block materials that will be used to train Marketing and Sales on the product's value and positioning
What you should have:
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they arent the only factor. If you dont have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, wed still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
Have 4-6 years experience with product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment or B2B2C environment
Have mother tongue English with excellent verbal and written communication skills - A Must
Have 3+ years of experience in product strategy, research and insights related roles
Past experience working on an open enterprise platform is preferred
Have proven experience in positioning and messaging, especially with technical products and AI technologies
H ave an excellent track record of creating high-quality marketing collateral, across multiple channels
Know how to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language and business values
Have exceptional planning, organization and project management skills
Are self-driven but able to take direction and drive results with direct and cross-functional teams
Are adaptable and able to work in a very fast-paced start-up environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
