The Data & Analytics groups mission is to empower us with data through analysis, operational insights, strategic initiatives, and decision-making. We are looking for an experienced data analyst and Tableau developer to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing data and business processes, enhancing our semantic layer, develop interactive Tableau dashboards and contribute to our business's success and growth. You will work with cross-functional teams, IT and business functions, and engineers.
To do well in this role, you need to be business-oriented and technical, with an excellent eye for detail, have experience as a Tableau developer and Business Intelligence expert, with a passion for visual storytelling.

Requirements:
For that mission youll need:
+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Expert (data analysis or development).
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
Proven track record of creating self-explanatory dashboards and optimizing the user experience tailored to specific audiences.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL.
Strong skills in DWH data modeling and business analysis.
Ability to work well independently and as part of an agile team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
Advantage:
Tableau Desktop Specialist and Admin certifications.
ETL development/Data engineer experience.
Experience with Snowflake, SQL-Server, SSIS, Rivery, DBT.
Experience in a global company.
