Job Description:
As a UX Writer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint.
Write clear, creative UX content in the tone and voice
Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders
Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience
Conduct extensive product and user research
Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)
Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

2+ years experience in UX writing in a tech company
Ability to collaborate with a product team to launch an excellent product under tight deadlines
Passionate about writing and excellent UX, and a critical thinker with an eye for detail
Understands the intricacies of maintaining glossaries and style guides
Up-to-date on trends in UX and web content
Team player who can give and take feedback constructively
Able to create simple, easy-to-understand copy that helps users succeed.
