Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Sela, you will be at the forefront of our growth in the tech B2B sector, driving qualified leads and supporting revenue goals. Your primary role will be to engage potential customers, educate them about our offerings, and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential business opportunities by leveraging various lead generation tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and other digital channels.
Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and understand their business needs.
Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with prospects to qualify leads based on their fit for Sela's offerings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for targeting high-value prospects and achieving lead generation goals.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and relay customer insights that can improve product positioning and messaging.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs, including call volume, email outreach, and qualified lead targets.
