Affilomania specializes in internet marketing and optimization software development. Enhances online affiliate marketing through technology. We connect consumers online optimally using self-automated technology to the product or service they are looking for. We are looking for a Financial Analyst / Economist with 3 - -6 years of experience to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, crypto asset managent, and cash flow analysis . Additionally, the position will support monthly closing processes and provide strategic insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and analyze budgets and financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Manage cash flow planning and monitoring , ensuring financial stability and efficiency
* Oversee treasury operations and crypto asset management , including transactions, controls, and risk management
* Conduct profitability analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions
* Track key financial KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to management
* Assist in monthly closing processes and financial reporting
* Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, sales, and operations

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – required 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis or economic roles within a tech, finance, or crypto company – required
* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management – required
* Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling – required
* Experience with crypto assets/digital assets – a strong advantage
* Familiarity with financial ERP systems (Priority or similar) – an advantage
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
