Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Analytics Team and lead the transcription product for us. As a Product Manager, you will discover new products and features that are useful to customers, valuable to us, and technically feasible. And youll do it in an exciting environment working with the latest technologies such as LLMs, and partnering to deliver on use cases for customers with consuming applications such as our GenAI Copilots.

How will you make an impact?
Define the market need by conducting researching and talking with customers and stakeholders.
Define a roadmap and prioritize features to support ongoing roadmap execution.
Communicate the direction and how the roadmap meets a market need
Build, document, and execute user stories, use cases, test scenarios, test cases.
Partner with Engineering to deliver on the roadmap.
Make tough decisions balancing constraints in scope, complexity and time-to-market.
Ensure successful go-to-market by working with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and services.
