QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing software TEST plans, analyzing TEST results, and tracking and managing defects. This position requires excellent problem solving and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of software Quality Assurance methodologies and practices. Responsibilities:
* Maintain frequent communication with the business, deeply understand and adapt requirements to align with business activities.
* Reproduce complex production bugs, analyze their source, document and assign to the relevant team.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business requirements.
* Research and refine requirements to improve TEST coverage and Quality Assurance processes.
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams, ensuring ongoing synchronization and smooth release processes.
* Plan and write TEST scenarios according to the requirements using Shift Left testing.
* Perform manual testing on both client and server sides.
