As a key player in the Product Design Team, youll design user-friendly solutions that cater to both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline user flows, concentrating on mobile-first design while ensuring adaptability to web platforms. Your wireframes will guide the products structure, navigation, and interaction patterns.
Interaction Design: Defining how users interact with a product. This includes designing workflows, prototypes, and interactions to ensure a seamless user experience.
Competitor Research: Analyze competitors products to understand market trends, user expectations, and common design patterns. Leverage this research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements that align with business goals.
User Research: Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing across both mobile and web platforms. Gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points, which will inform your design approach.
User Testing: Lead usability testing for both native apps and web apps, using Figma prototypes or live products. Gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction.

Bachelors degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communication, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in Product Design or UX design.
Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on mobile-first design for both native apps (iOS/Android) and a web app.
Expertise with Figma prototypes - must.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
