Responsibilities
Support and Coach Managers: Provide guidance to managers on leadership practices, team development, and daily management routines.
Lead HR Processes: Oversee training, employee engagement, performance reviews, and culture-building initiatives.
Manage Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on leading holistic recruitment cycles, from defining needs through interviews to decision-making and job offers.
Support Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for newcomers and facilitate a positive new-employee experience.
Handle Employee Relations: Address employee matters, including compensation, labor law, terminations, and individual support.
Collaborate on Global HR Initiatives: Participate in global HR projects and cross-functional HR activities.
Drive Learning & Culture Initiatives: Lead initiatives that strengthen employee learning, development, and organizational culture.
BA in Social Sciences or a related field; MA/MBA is an advantage.
2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a high-tech or startup environment.
Experience working in a global business environment is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in recruitment.
Fluent in English.
