Responsibilities:
Lead Backend (Java) and Frontend (Angular) developers. Total 5 excellent engineers. Frontend knowledge is optional.
Own the main product and drive new product development.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams.
Ensure technical excellence through reviews and mentorship.
Be a true leader.

Requirements:
5+ years of Java experience
Good understanding of system architecture, large-scale distributed systems and micro services.
Proficiency in MySQL/Postgres, RESTful APIs, and modern web practices.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership skills, including team management and mentoring.
Skilled in DevOps, automated testing, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Experience with unit tests.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Advantage: knowledge of Kotlin.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Kfar Saba, Israel.
