Our Service Parts Operation is looking for a UTK (Up Time Kit) Product manager throughout its entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Lead the UTK Product- strategic and operative
Creating UTK content based on different data points, designing UTK that delivers target customer service level via tight cooperation with regional service teams;
Developing automated tools and BI solutions to support UTK management and deployment in the field
Defining content and overseeing change management processes.
Managing internal and external communications
Implementing modifications with suppliers and ensuring seamless service/customer-facing updates.
Leading automation tools development and deployment
Conducting data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
B.Sc. / Master. in Industrial engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
At least 5 years of experience in a product management role or 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
Knowledge of procurement processes and expertise in configuration management.
Expertise in data visualization tools and reporting systems ( Tableau, Power BI)
Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English verbal & written
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python or similar programming languages- advantage
Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
