We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition partner to join our team. In this role, you will be overseeing full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment of various technical roles and partner with hiring managers to create an effective job profile and recruitment plans.
Source talent through diverse channels including social media, referrals and creative tools.
Screen applicants and shortlist qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidates experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruiting database and use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Behavioral Science, or related field.
3-5 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience from multidisciplinary High-Tech companies. Experience from Semiconductor industry is a great advantage.
Strong experience of sourcing methods and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
