We are looking for an HRBP for a temporary position of approximately 8 months, as a maternity leave replacement. The Human Resources Business Partner provides innovative solutions and support to the Engineering organization. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and other HR functions to support the people strategy and goals by leveraging effective communication, strong analytical skills, and teamwork. Excellent English skills
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain the daily operations of HR departments by executing HR policies and procedures, initiating resource planning and recruitment, and maintaining interdepartmental communication. Supports Global engineering functions
Day-to-day HR transactional activities, which include generating letters, internal transfers, running reports, creating presentations, etc.
Conduct exit interviews, ensure information integrity, and analyze information for themes. With guidance, make recommendations to business leaders and HR based on analysis.
Educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
With guidance, analyze and maintain attrition rate, internal promotions, employee performance appraisals, investigations, and employee relations.
Assist the learning and development department in planning and implementing various training programs, employee relations, and exit procedures.
Handle disciplinary matters related to violation of policies and regulations and address employee grievances with guidance from Sr. HR Business Partner or HR Leadership.
Respond to Human Resource inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate resource.
Recommend process improvements or changes that will improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of operations with the business as well as the HR team.
May coach leaders on a variety of people management efforts including performance management and calibration, leadership and associate development, and talent management with guidance from Sr. HR Business Partner or HR Leadership.
May perform other duties as required
Bachelors Degree preferred
5+ years of experience as an HRBP in a large-scale high-tech company, with a prior background in talent acquisition, HR Generalist roles, or other areas within Human Resources.
Experience in a global business environment, providing HRBP support in Israel while maintaining collaboration and alignment with stakeholders in the US.
Effective verbal, written, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and/or develop alternatives
Proven record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary and sensitive HR information. Working knowledge of State or regional laws
Can-do attitude with a delivery focus and a no job too small mentality
Eager to learn and grow and a willingness to try new things and ask questions in order to learn
Strong technical skills in MS Office and Google Suite
Workday experience preferred
