About The Role : We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A data analyst to play a critical role in shaping strategic business decisions through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Manager, you will be responsible for in-depth data analysis, creating internal reporting tools and leveraging AI solutions to enhance FP&A process. This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a primary focus on analyzing revenue, sales and P&L cost structure.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Manage the full company P&L, serving as the primary point of contact for financial activities and KPIs.
Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to generate actionable insights that support senior management decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboards: Utilizing SQL to extract data from the companys data warehouse and develop dynamic business reports and dashboards.
Collaboration: Partner with various departments to gather finance inputs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and tracking performance.
Process Optimization: Automate and enhance FP&A processes using advanced tools and AI to support the needs of a dynamic ,high-growth business.
Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify financial trends, risks & opportunities and effectively communicate findings to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements:
BA in Economy or accounting
3-5 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst in high-growth global companies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in SQL and data query analysis, with a strong data-driven approach.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Advantages:
Experience in Saas company and familiarity with the ITSM industry.
Knowledge in NetSuite / Salesforce system.
