We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and oversee hiring efforts across our global regions. This is a highly impactful and challenging role where you will manage a high-performing team, shape companys recruitment strategies, work with senior leaders globally and tackle hiring challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role combines leadership, innovation, and data -driven decision-making, offering a unique opportunity to influence how we attract and hire top talent worldwide. This role is ideal for a results-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing recruitment teams
2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience for senior and executive roles
Experience working across multiple cultures- ability to adapt recruitment strategies in order to meet business needs with a focus on EMEA and APAC markets
Strong analytical skills to set, track, and optimize measurable hiring goals and team efficiency
Expertise in developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent globally
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
