What Youll Do:
Deliver user experience solutions for a complex web platform by focusing on simplifying user scenarios while ensuring excellent usability.
Develop detailed design wireframes and prototypes tailored to users' needs and business goals.
Iterate based on feedback to optimize the overall experience with the platform.
Work in a fast-paced environment while promoting several high-value projects in parallel.
Collaborate closely with product managers and customer success champions, to understand the customer's business needs and product requirements.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in UX design, with proven hands-on focus on complex web platforms.
Relevant education in UX Design for systems, HCI, HFE, Psychology, etc.
A portfolio showcasing your designs for web platforms - experience with dashboards, enterprise systems, or SaaS products is a major plus.
Strong understanding of UX mapping, proficiency with tools like Figma and Axure.
User research and usability testing skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable UX solutions - advantage
Experience in the medical field, data manipulation, or statistical research - advantage
Extra Points For:
Excellent communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Hebrew.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring innovation to transform UX challenges into streamlined user journeys.
