We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing global IT team and support IT activities, provide services to employees, and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.
What will you do:

* Install and troubleshoot end-user equipment, software, hardware, and multimedia
* Respond to requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system (remote support and on-site)
* Provide assistance, coordination, and follow-up on client questions and problems
* Redirect issues to the appropriate resource
* Write documents and procedures in English (Knowledge of writing working procedures is required)
* Investigate local endpoints issues and provide solutions
* Identify situations requiring urgent attention
* Onboarding and offboarding of employees
