You'll work on:
Leading a data team to design and implement new and innovative features in our platform.
Building efficient and secure data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, indexing, model training and model serving. This includes both classical ML Models as well as RAG and GenAI pipelines.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
You'll work on:

Requirements:
Great passion and proven hands-on experience with Data, AI and GenAI technologies.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies, lead engineering teams and have deep impact on technology vision.
2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
4+ years of experience in Apache Spark, Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka, MLOps and ML Model deployment and maintenance in production.
Advantage - Experience with Databricks and Delta Lake or similar Lakehouse technologies
Great passion and proven hands-on experience with Data, AI and GenAI technologies.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies, lead engineering teams and have deep impact on technology vision.
2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
4+ years of experience in Apache Spark, Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka, MLOps and ML Model deployment and maintenance in production.
