Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary position)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary position- maternity leave replacement) to join our growing global HR team and to be a significant part in building our winning team by finding the best candidates for a variety of positions to support our growth. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruiting cycle across a variety of open roles, including - profiling the best candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, interviewing, and acting as a partner in all hiring decision-making.
* Collaborate with global recruiting teams and managers to design and refine recruiting profiles and hire quality candidates.
* Implement innovative recruitment strategies and be an active partner in structuring employer branding.
* Be an active talent hunter and generate candidate leads by developing and executing a multi-channel sourcing approach, using all possible sources available.
* Make data -driven decisions, using recruitment system analytics to assess the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies and demonstrate results.
* Support HR projects defined by the department.
