Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in shaping and driving the success of our AI-enabled cybersecurity platform, designed specifically for mid-market customers.
As a Product Manager, you will own the end to end product lifecycle from inception to delivery in the market. You will form your product roadmap and will drive the development and delivery of product features, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams. Cybersecurity experience is a significant plus, as it will help you understand our customers' challenges and needs in this dynamic and ever-evolving industry.

Responsibilities
Product Roadmap and Delivery:
Define product roadmaps based on competitive intelligence and market needs.
Drive the development and delivery of product features and enhancements from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Partner and Customer-Centric Focus:
Deeply understand partner and customer needs and challenges, using that insight to shape product roadmap features and priorities.
Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay informed about cybersecurity industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Use market insights to prioritize features and guide product strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Collaborate with sales to develop tools and resources that support customer engagement and adoption.
Metrics & Reporting:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to optimize the product and inform future development.
