looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist as part of our growing Learning team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. Youll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
* Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
* Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
* Manage end-user customer training programs
* Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
* Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
* Execute special projects as assigned by department management
* Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
* Oversee external knowledge portal management

Requirements:
* Training and learning development experience
* Excellent English
* Technology Oriented
* Flexibility in working hours (global role)
* Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
* Strong project management capabilities
* Experience in developing and implementing e-learning solutions
* Experience in organizing and leading customer events
* Knowledge management background
